Free all day car park. This place has all the shops you can think of. Also has to be one of the cleanest shopping centres I have been to. Highly recommended

I was at Bankstown Central Shopping Centre today around 3:45 pm. After shopping, I went to return to my car, which was parked in the above-ground car park on the NSW Service side. However, all access to the car park had been closed by security. I walked behind Coles with a full trolley, hoping to reach another entrance to the car park, but that access had also been closed. There was no way for me to get to my car, so I had to call the security number displayed on the sign. This was at approximately 6:05 pm. The security officer who answered the phone was not helpful or professional. He instructed me to go back towards Coles where I was near next Lowes. I did not understand his directions ( physically I have problem with direction and get frustrated if I lost my direction). I politely asked whether someone could come and show me the way because I was confused, had back pain, and was pushing a full trolley. He sounded unhappy from my request and told me I had to wait. After waiting for some time and with no one arriving, I called again. Instead of showing any understanding, he raised his voice and told me to wait. Great mall with lots of different stores!! (My fav are definitely Sephora, Harli & Harpa, and JB-HIFI!!) Everyone should visit here atleast once!

Each time I visit Bankstown Central, something frustrating happens. Parking is extremely difficult to find because they don’t have limited parking, and today I ended up leaving after 30 minutes of searching for a car park with no success. The wayfinding inside the centre is also very poor. Store signage is not visible until you are very close to the shops, which makes navigating the centre confusing and inconvenient. Today was particularly disappointing. 2 cars blocked the internal road for about 10 min, preventing other cars from moving. When I called centre management to report the issue, they showed no concern and simply told me to call the police next time. This is one of the worst shopping centres I’ve been to in terms of parking, wayfinding, and customer service!!!
