The peace of mind that Bare gave me at my husband's passing was so comforting. Patient with my questions, nothing was too much trouble for Elle to follow up on for me. I was kept informed every step of the way in the process. I am comforted knowing that when my time of passing comes, whomever deals with Bare on my behalf will be well looked after.

Sadly I had to use our funeral plan, but having said that I am totally impressed with these guys. Everything went so smoothly that I really didn’t need to do anything. All govt concerned including Centrelink and Medicare were all done quickly. Would highly recommend Bare to anyone having any doubts. Below is just one of the beautiful urns available as an extra if you want.

Hi Bare, I have to commend your business model and staff for the absolutely fantastic way they assisted me after my father passed away. They were all fabulous. Becc was amazing in keeping me up to date on what was happening and your web site was fantastic to enable me to work through things that needed to be done (and check the off) without stress. The timely interactions and keeping the communications active with me at every stage was just on point. I can only heap praise on your systems, website and staff. Unfortunately, in the past 3 months, our extended family has had to organise 3 funerals and on each occasion, we have chosen to use Bare. The customer service, the costs and the actual funeral or memorial service were all excellent. Everything is done online and you also have a Bare representative assigned to you. In our case, Kelly was empathetic, kind, compassionate and organised. I'm hoping we don't have another need anytime soon, but next time we do, I will certainly make a call to Bare to oversee the arrangements. Bare cares. Thank you.

Bare provided exceptional support during an incredibly difficult time for our family.
