Unfortunately this pharmacy has gone down hill since the previous owners left. There is no comparison between the two. There is no accounting system in place and often no follow up of orders. On occasion they just decide they will send you medications without being asked to ( because i was on the safety net, but they sent medications including ones I no longer used, what a waste!) Some medications were mixed up that i had asked for because they both started with V. How bad is that for a pharmacist to do! To top it off the person assisting me was often rude. My credit card was taken and put on file without my permission, so it could be used at another time. No apology of error, just shrugged it off when i said it was illegal. Not only no accounting system, but when asked for an invoice i was shown a photo of the computer screen!!! How backwards is that! Save yourself a headache go to the pharmacy up the road. I waited far too long to leave and the convenience of a local pharmacist is not worth all the dramas.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and always have a smile on their face. Quick and easy plus there’s a great coffee shop across the road

Best chemist in NSW, staff are really helpful and always friendly, would recommend coming here to pick up your medication, swing past the beach and have a good time.

Ordered some items from the pharmacy. Communication was fine. Mostly done through SMS which surprisingly worked well. Shipping was slow during the Christmas period, but that is more of an Auspost / Holiday period issue. The problem is, someone from Basgers Pharmacy forgot to send one of the item so they had to reship it.

Every single time I have needed help with my medical cannabis prescription, the staff have gone above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. Whether it is answering questions, following up with updates, or helping navigate product availability, nothing is ever too much trouble. The team here is professional and compassionate, and their service is consistently excellent. I always feel supported and respected.
