Our little boy was desexed here yesterday. We thought he’d be miserable after the surgery and might even hate us, but thanks to the doctor’s excellent technique and pain management, he seemed very happy when he got home, rubbing us and snoring just like usual. We’re so surprised. The staff here are all incredibly friendly, especially Lily who helped us yesterday. She explained the fees in great detail before the surgery and carefully explained how to care for him afterward. It’s worth mentioning that this clinic accepts subsidized desexing vouchers issued by the Animal Welfare League NSW. This makes desexing affordable for everyone, plus the excellent service here that ensures animals are well cared for. Big thanks to this outstanding vet for supporting charitable causes and making my little boy so happy.

I cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional care they gave Biggie during his desexing procedure. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, patient and reassuring. They understood how nervous I was and took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable leaving him in their care. It was clear that they genuinely cared about his wellbeing. The surgery went smoothly, and the quality of their work has been outstanding. Biggie’s incision has healed beautifully, and it’s obvious that great care and attention were taken during the procedure. The aftercare instructions were thorough, and I always felt supported if I had any concerns. Thank you to the entire team for treating Biggie as if he were your own. Your compassion, professionalism and attention to detail made what was a very stressful experience for me so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your clinic to anyone looking for a caring and highly skilled veterinary team.

We have been taking our dogs to Bass Hill Vet over the past 6 years. The most caring and compassionate team, all the nurses and vets especially Dr Nancy, Dr Tina and Dr Franco. My precious Cooper recently had surgery after hours and they provided the best care and comfort. Truly going above and beyond, I am so grateful. Highly recommend!

My cat was found and taken into Bass Hill Vet paralysed and in a terrible state. The team were incredible in how they took him in and helped him recover slowly. Dr. JQ was the practitioner in charge of my baby and he was very knowledgeable and patient with both myself being so stressed and my baby being a vegetable. They went above and beyond! My cat is not usually comfortable around people yet by the second day he was calm and able to restfully sleep, which really gave me peace of mind to keep him there until I was comfortable enough to take him back home. The nurses all loved my baby and were so sweet to him. They sent me videos and photos daily and on my off days allowed me to pester them by visiting twice for an hour at a time. The practice managers were so helpful in doing paperwork. They were all very patient and very professional. They taught me how to express my baby's bladder for ongoing support at home and put a nappy on him. My baby is gradually recovering and they are continually supporting me in this journey. Thanks Bass Hill Vet. I appreciate that I was able to see my baby recover and feel so loved. Highly recommended.
