Super helpful team. I went in for a part I thought I needed for a 16yo Vola tap. The guys at Bathroom X were totally across my situation and they know their product thoroughly, turns out I just needed to adjust a tiny screw and it was working perfectly. The show room is amazing and worth a visit in its own right if you love beautiful design and presentation

I recently visited the Bathroom X showroom in Balgowlah to get assistance in relation to some Vola hardware I had installed by another company a few years ago. Jason was incredibly helpful and prompt in providing detailed quotes and a number of alternatives to fix the problem. I also looked at Vola kitchen taps and he was equally helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bathroom X. It’s a beautiful showroom with a wide range of Vola products (flagship store). More importantly the service is excellent and Jason is a pleasure to deal with.

Jason & Joey's knowledge and professionalism makes selecting products incredibly easy. The superior quality of Vola's products is clear when you visit the showroom with an extensive range to explore. I highly recommend anyone undertaking renovations to visit and see for themselves.
