Dr Lindsay Hay is quite simply an exceptional veterinarian. I’ve taken my cat (half stray) a number of times and Lindsay has an amazing touch and knowledge of the feline. He is humble, friendly and just a really nice person to be around. I love this Vet, and the reception staff are super friendly too.

From the very first phone call, I knew this place was different. My cat Leo was struggling with his breathing, and after calling three other clinics that turned us away, I was feeling anxious and helpless. But from the moment I spoke to your team, there was a sense of calm and genuine care that I can’t put into words. Walking in felt like a home away from home. Every single person we interacted with showed kindness, compassion, and patience during a really stressful time. What meant the most was your honesty no false promises, just clear communication and a real commitment to finding answers and keeping Leo safe. To every team member who played a part in caring for Leo, thank you. Your empathy and professionalism made all the difference to both of us. I’ll always be grateful for the way you treated not just my pet, but my family.

I can’t thank Dr. Peta (veterinary surgeon), Dr. Ryan, and their amazing team enough for the outstanding care they gave my two kittens, Luna and Aura, during their recent desexing procedures. From our first contact with the clinic, the experience was exceptional. Practice manager Lyn Shepard was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about animalsβ€”immediately putting us at ease. Dr. Ryan explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident and informed. Both he and Dr. Peta showed genuine care and compassion for our pets. Luna and Aura were treated so gently, and their recovery was smooth and stress-free thanks to the thorough post-op care and clear guidance we received. I’m incredibly grateful to have found such a dedicated, trustworthy team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality, compassionate veterinary care. β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…β˜…

The team at BHVH was outstanding with the desexing of our female French Bulldog. They did not push us to have additional surgery such as BOAS or NARS as other local vets tried. The surgery went well and there were no complications. Need less to say the additional surgeries put forward by other vets were not necessary . We are very thankful to the staff for being so honest and helpful.

Twas a Sunday late arvo and I found a lost dog in Parramatta area. Unfortunately all the vets were closed and baulkham Hills was the next closest I could get to. I gave them a call beforehand to see if I could bring the dog over. They advised me they could scan the dog for a chip and contact the owners, but they did warn me in advance that because I found the dog outside of the hills area, they couldn't keep the dog, which I was ok with. Brought the dog in and the staff was so helpful, scanned the dog and called the owners (they didn't pick up but was left a message). Staff called the next day to let me know the owners called back, they made sure that I was ok to share my details before proceeding. Even though i didnt use their vet check up services, im giving my review based off the staff and it was all thanks to the staff and their help that Bernie was able to go back to her family!
