If I could give Ray, Maria and all the team 10 stars, I would. The genuine care from these people was evident throughout the entire project. They hold themselves to extremely high standards both for the quality of their work and for their behaviour. We had part of our house remodeled, removing walls, replacing kitchen, dealing with asbestos. They treated my home and my family with utmost respect. The younger guys would fist pump my kids each morning and the older guys would ensure our cats were tucked away safe and sound. Ray or his son would have a quick chat before I went to work, recapping what was done the day before and discussing matters for the day ahead. The whole team's communication was exceptional. That includes Maria who was extremely attentive. Attention to detail was remarkable, from helping me choose materials to ensuring every finish was flawless. The craftsmanship was outstanding. They treated my property and decisions with complete respect, cleaning up meticulously at the end of each day. What I truly appreciated was the solutions and suggestions they offered throughout the project. And much to my surprise, they stayed on schedule and within budget. I have waited

We found Bay-Built Constructions to be very professional to work with. Their team worked efficiently on our project of replacing the front stairs and renovating the back stairs on our Queenslander. They delivered a high standard of workmanship within the timeframe agreed, and communicated really well with us along the way. We were impressed with this company, and will definitely use them again for further work as the need arises.

Ray and his crew recently completed our home renovation and we couldn't be happier. He is a good communicator and made sure we were informed and happy with the progress every step of the way. Ray has been really helpful sorting out the hurdles that these old post war homes present when renovating. Once the house was finished being raised it was good to be able to see that the project was now in capable hands when he took over. You can really tell that both Ray and Luke are craftsmen with the knowledge to back it up and they also take pride in their work. Bay Built Constructions are very well priced, honest and reliable. I'm glad that i have them working on this project and any future projects. Jerome Higgins
