Life-Changing Experience! From Knee Pain to Pain-Free 5K Runs I can't recommend Benefit Physiotherapy enough. When I first went in with knee pain after the 3km mark of a 5K run, I didn't know what to expect, but they have completely changed my perspective on physiotherapy. To be specific, my physiotherapist, Joubert Guanzon, has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly what needs attention and designed a tailored plan that got the expected results.Before seeing him, I would get knee pain after 3K, which would last for two or three days. Now, thanks to Joubert's guidance and his strengthening exercises, I'm running pain-free, currently doing alternate days of 3K, and am all set for the 5K run. Beyond the technical expertise, Joubert is incredibly friendly and makes every session feel engaging and genuinely supportive. I'd highly recommend Benefit Physiotherapy and Joubert to anyone looking for effective, personable, and dedicated care.

I am so blessed to have found a knowledgeable and professional Physiotherapist in Joubert. I came in with Elbow Tendonitis, neck stiffness & extreme lower back pain and have been treated by Joubert on a regular basis. The results have been amazing and i have been pain free since treatment. He is supportive and gives great advice with tailored exercises to help with my injuries. Joubert is excellent in his craft and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I saw Joubert for shoulder and hand pain. My overall experience was very positive. He took the time to understand my condition and focused on my overall wellbeing rather than rushing through the appointment. He spoke with genuine care, took an interest in my wellbeing, and discussed a variety of topics that made the session comfortable and engaging. He listened to my concerns, explained things clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Over time, I felt very comfortable talking with him, and our conversations helped build a strong rapport. I found him to be a kind, professional, and compassionate person, and I greatly appreciated his supportive approach throughout my recovery.

Great clinic to get your physiotherapy done at! Especially with Joubert as he was very helpful and informative with fixing my lower back problems. He knew exactly what caused my discomforts and how to relieve it. Extremely professional and extremely friendly, I would definitely comeback to him if I ever need another physiotherapy session with him. 10/10 service, keep it up Joub! And great team! You guys are doing an excellent job!

I'm very grateful to Joubert Guanzon for his care in resolving my neck and hip pain. Joubert has extensive knowledge of his profession and a lovely calm and reassuring manner. He clearly explained the cause of the pain and demonstrated the exercises I needed to do by doing them himself, which was very helpful and supportive. It was also great to have the exercises emailed to me after each session. It's so good to be free of pain - thank you SO much Joubert!
