First off just have to say yes - they do provide in-store monogramming and laser engraving, this isn’t super clear on their website. I went here yesterday and was served by Jen and I just have to say she was amazing!! I had a lot going on, I was frazzled trying to buy a last minute gift with a toddler and crying baby in tow. Jen was extremely grounded and helped us pick a few nice and sentimental gifts and answered all my questions. She even let my toddler watch her do the engraving and monogramming and answered all her questions too! So, so very much appreciated. She also did the most beautiful gift wrapping with the gold initial pendant, very nice touch and I recommend this to anyone getting the gift wrapping. I wish I took a photo for this review! I have been going to Bespoke every year only once a year to buy their wall calendars (they are stunning and high quality) but now I will be returning for any possible gift reason because of my experience yesterday. Bespoke Letterpress did such a beautiful job wrapping my presents. Everything looked elegant, thoughtful and carefully put together, with the kind of attention to detail that makes a gift feel really special before it’s even opened e.g. double sided tape for secure packaging. The service was lovely as well. I really appreciated how considered the whole experience felt, and the final presentation was absolutely gorgeous. It added such a special touch to my gifts, and I’d happily come back again for future occasions!

I would give this shop a 10 star rating if I could. Inge is so professional and lovely. She went above and beyond to help me with the selection and gift wrapping. Their collection is unique and I am in awe with their brass pens. I cannot recommend this place enough. Will be back for sure!

I had such a wonderful experience with Bespoke Letterpress. The lady there was incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming, and she has such amazing taste and aesthetic sense. She helped me wrap my gift, and it turned out absolutely beautiful — honestly beyond my expectations. Everything, from the notebook to the wrapping paper and all the little details, was so elegant and beautifully made. Most importantly, she is just a genuinely lovely person. I already told her I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need a gift wrapped! Highly recommended!
