A wonderful cafΓ© I have breakfast there almost every day since I’m a student at TAFE. I hope the owner can add a small paper system to show which order belongs to which customer. Some time ago, I ordered a halloumi zaatar pocket and an orange juice. Later, I ordered another juice but ended up waiting for 40 minutes. When I asked the cashier about my order, she said that the orange juice had been collected and the other one wasn’t ordered. She also said I hadn’t paid for the halloumi zaatar pocket, even though I had. Another girl evenwanted to call the police, but I refused β€” to protect the reputation of this wonderful place✨️β™₯️ and because I truly like it. I didn’t want to cause trouble for the cashier, especially since she was busy with so many orders. After that, I became more cautious, but I also felt sad that I made her feel anxious β€” which made her more careful later on. I hope the owner can give every paying customer a receipt that clearly shows what they ordered and their name. One copy stays with the staff preparing the food, so they can call the name, and the other copy stays with the customer as proof. Most importantly, the cashier should write the name to prevent con

Make sure to ask for receipt and check it before you leave counter. Blackboard special "$3 chips to add to your bite" - I pointed πŸ‘‰ to Blackboard when ordering chips to add to my order of food & coffee β˜•οΈ, receipt showed charge of $6. Why put out a Blackboard special then not honour it? $3 eventually refunded after I told them to cancel chips, and small serve of chips provided. Food and drink served separately- 3 items, so up to their collection window 3 times. Not very well organised, but the food & drink themselves were fine.

When you order your first coffee from here and look at the menu and also your VERY FIRST turmeric latte at a medium size, they advertised $4 + $1 = $5, but they say $6 😱 FALSE ADVERTISING I'm not going to visit this cafe NEVER AGAIN If I could, I would give them -10 stars
