every time I come they are closed before 6 so today I called up at 5:44pm today to ask if they were still open because their website says they close at 6. The lady that answered the phone said yes they are open and closed at 6 and then I told her that I am rushing there. I arrived at 5:55PM to find that all the doors were down and locked already. I tried calling the store and no one was answering, I saw someone inside and knocked and on the door and was ignored. Once she has come out I proceeded to question her on the early closing despite my phone call. As we were talking outside the store it was still 5:58PM. The worker proceeded to explain that she had to close the store at 6:00PM as she had other commitments to attend to urgently at the end of her shift and couldn’t keep the store open and that I was too late. The initial tone in which she spoke to me was harsh and brazen. I said that I understood and empathise with your commitment but I had drove all the way here after she had told me that they close at 6 and as we are having this conversation it is still not even 6. Stopped into Penrith store today by accident while on a walk, and I am so glad we found your shop! Staff were excellent, so friendly and had a great chat. We were absolutely spoiled by samples of biltong and dried sausage so got a great sale out of us. Got to learn a lot about how it’s all made too. We will absolutely be back. Very happy to support this business, thank you.

Such a treat to visit this store. Lots of yummy food. Sosatie borewors an absolute decadence!! We found the parking near the Bowlo, so it's super easy to get too!!
