The service that Kevin ( the store Manager) provided was excellent. I purchased a Samsung screen on line after doing my research and ordered it from Bing Lee Balgowlah. When I installed it I was unhappy with its performance as the picture quality was not what I was expecting. I called Samsung and they said as I had already used it, it could not be exchanged or refunded. I then called Kevin at BingLee Balgowlah and he was happy to take the unit back and allow me to exchange it for another item in the store for the same value. He then also gave me a demo of the item that I chosen and took me through all of the features. Its hard to find good customer service like this anymore. Thanks Kevin @ Bing Lee Balgowlah.

I came into the store knowing exactly what I thought I needed, but Alex completely changed that in the best way possible. I was very close to buying the wrong product due to sizing, something I wasn’t even aware I needed to consider. Alex took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, explained the specifications clearly and guided me to the right option. He saved me both time and money, and his technical knowledge and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to experience this level of customer service. Highly recommend this store and especially Alex for a fantastic customer experience. Thank you again.

Bing Lee was the only shop that had the stand fans with many options including Sleep mode and Pulse mode to have a wonderful noise free option particularly when you want to sleep. I don't like A/C as makes me feel dry!!

Extremely disappointing experience. In October 2025 we purchased a washing machine and dryer from Bing Lee for over $2,500. We were told it was “top of the range” and that it came with a $300 Woolworths voucher. The first red flag was the voucher expiring within days. We were never told there was an expiry, and it was not clearly disclosed. It took unnecessary arguing before Bing Lee finally reinstated it. That should not happen. In January 2026, the dryer broke down, just three months after purchase. Bing Lee immediately pushed us off to Fisher & Paykel rather than taking responsibility as the retailer. Fisher & Paykel then confirmed, both verbally and in writing, that the dryer we were sold was 2022 stock. This was never disclosed at the time of sale. The dryer required a full fan replacement, three separate service call-outs, and left us without a functioning dryer for over a month while we had a newborn baby at home. When I raised the undisclosed old stock issue with the store, the Store Manager Kevin called me. Instead of resolving the matter, he was dismissive, combative and repeatedly cut me off.
