Had my hair cut at Bixie Colour and honestly can't fault it. Anthony did my cut and he was brilliant, really easy to talk to, clearly knew what he was doing, and his own hair/style looked so good it gave me confidence before he'd even picked up the scissors lol. There was also an apprentice helping out who was lovely too, great to see them learning the ropes. Best bit was the wash though?? Felt like a full head massage, I was so relaxed I nearly dozed off in the chair. Wish every salon washed hair like that. Cut turned out exactly how I wanted it too. Will 100% be back and asking for Anthony again.

I had Steph do my hair at Bixie Colour - Surry Hills, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She did an amazing job and took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Steph is such a lovely, friendly person, and her attention to detail really shows in the final result. Anthony was absolutely amazing and super talented, made me feel completely at ease and totally nailed what I wanted. He was super knowledgeable on curly hair too and would trust him with my curls any day. Tim helped to detangle and wash after the foils came out and was so so gentle. Highly recommend Anthony and all the staff at Bixie <3

Nasser at Bixie is honestly one of Sydney’s true gems 💎 From the moment you sit in his chair, you know you’re in safe hands. He has an incredible eye for detail and is genuinely the king of blondes, he just understands tone, colour and what will actually suit you on a completely different level. His skills are unmatched! What really sets him apart is the whole experience. He’s not only exceptionally talented, but also has such a great sense of humour, you actually look forward to your appointments. It never feels rushed or transactional, he genuinely cares about getting the result right and takes the time to do it properly. It’s like hanging out with your bestie for a day. The salon itself reflects that same energy. The reception team are organised, warm and on top of everything, and the space feels calm, relaxed and well run, not chaotic or rushed like a lot of places can be. Plus a cheeky bit of popcorn to see you through your longer appointments. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. If you’re looking for someone who consistently delivers beautiful, natural, high quality blonde and makes the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish, Nasser is your guy ✨

It was my first time at the salon today and Anthony cut, blow-dried, and styled my hair. It was such a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back. He took a lot of time for the consultation and used a haircutting technique that I hadn’t experienced before. My hair looks beautiful and falls perfectly, and I’m very happy with the result.
