*Never respond to my emails. Only replies after follow up calls (2 or 3 times call). Bureaucracu 👎🏻 (check my emails) *Before cancel my appointment, didn’t notice me. I was late for few minutes. I had too much pain in my knee, hard to walk. I was late few minutes. But when I was there, reception said appointment has canceled, can book another appointment which is 3 weeks later! What does it mean? How can I wait for 3 weeks having that much pain? Then I explained that she didn’t notice me, but she was so rude. She didn’t do anything. I didn’t go, wait doctor until he see next patient. Finally, I could see doctor and I couldn’t stop crying (I was so hard situation and was waiting that appointment for 2 weeks)

I’ve been a patient at the BJC for many years and I find all staff consistently knowledgeable, kind, caring, prompt, they actively listen and are collaborative. The BJC takes a holistic approach and there are many options for assisting the goal of getting more out of life with less or no pain. Symon is my physio and he’s got this ability to instantly relax you and he works with you to make sense of what your body is doing. Namiko is my massage therapist and she works with Symon to know where my body is up to. She’s very good at judging the required pressure to gain release. Dr Kullock is my rheumatologist and I feel that he truly listens, he cares and he’s proactive with the collaboration between Symon, Namiko and Janelle (podiatrist). I highly recommend the BJC in Parramatta for a collaborative and holistic approach to rheumatological health care.

Doctor Kullock and all of the friendly receptionist at BJC Health are amazing. When I started seeing Doctor Kullock 2-3 years ago, I had just had 2 knee surgeries and an elbow surgery in the space of a few years due to my psoriatic arthritis and I was in chronic pain every single day. I struggled to walk without excruciating pain in both knees and I was just about to have another knee surgery, my third. Doctor Kullock was able to help me to find the right medication to manage my condition and helped me through my last surgery which was a double knee surgery and the recovery afterwards too. He is so knowledgable and very accomodating. I am very appreciative to have such a wonderful doctor who really knows his field inside and out. Although I have just had an unfortunate flare up of late and have had some knee pain again, Doctor Kullock has been so helpful in helping to try and get to the bottom of what may have caused it and to help reduce my pain in the meantime. With Doctor Kullock’s help I have been able to have a much higher quality of life in the past couple of years without constant chronic pain and I would highly recommend Doctor Kullock if you have an auto immune condition t

Dr Herman is one of the best specialists I have ever met. The consultation was not rushed, he spent a lot of time talking with you to understand your condition and medical history. He is very knowledgeable and professional, used lots of examples and illustrations to make those difficult medical terminologies easy for me to understand. He can communicate with fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Very grateful to be referred to Dr Herman by my trusted GP. The waiting list might be long, but was able to get my initial appointment moved 2months earlier when vacancies came up.

I initially went to BJC health because the rheumatologist waitlist in my area was 6+ months. I'm so glad I travelled out of area, as I feel the treatment and care I've gotten here has been fantastic. I think having a team of specialists who liase for support and ideas (as opposed to a stand-alone physician) is invaluable when it comes to complex autoimmune health issues. I've been seeing Dr Kullock for over a year now and he has always showed the utmost care and concern. He patiently answers my endless questions, responds quickly anytime issues arise, and didn't hesitate to seek other opinions when we hit a wall with my treatment. My local physio even appreciated his communication skills about my health so much that he sent a personal friend to him for treatment. He has a fantastic bedside manner and really takes the time to explain the "whys" of your treatment so that you can engage actively with your own health.
