Big train station with bus terminals. Big shopping mall is nearby with plenty of parking spaces. Relatively nice and clean for such a large station with many people.

i asked a train staff member to help me find my airpods and she immediately cut me off and didn’t let me finish my sentence. very rude.

Blacktown Station is a great transit hub with fast express trains into Parramatta and the CBD, plus a super handy direct walkway straight into Westpoint Shopping Centre. However, it gets absolutely packed during peak hours, and the lifts and stairs frequently smell pretty sketchy. It's totally fine for a daytime commute, but it can feel a bit dodgy late at night, so it's best to just tap out and keep moving.

Recently used the public transport stop in Blacktown, and I found it to be quite convenient. The area was clean, and the signage made it easy to navigate. Overall, a reliable and straightforward experience for anyone looking to catch a bus or train.

Main interchange station for a lot of trains. Lifts are provided for PWDs and there are adequate facilities for commuters. Platforms are organized and neatly labeled you wont be lost. Also besides the main bus stops serving a lot of thoroughfare. Relatively safe and clean for a station this size. Monitors are installed for ride schedule information. Everything just works. The toilets are not that clean but mainly due to rowdy commuters.
