I had my car serviced and some minor warranty work completed today, and once again I had a great experience. I’ve had my car serviced here ever since I bought it, and I have nothing but positive feedback. Every staff member has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional, including the manager. A special mention to Sam, who is an absolute legend. He’s knowledgeable, informative, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Because of the consistently positive experiences I’ve had, I always feel comfortable bringing my car back here. I’d like to thank the entire team for the excellent service and pleasant experience every time. Keep up the great work!

Don't go and do the service with gmw Blacktown. My car is under warranty and they have parts I provide them the parts order details. Still they don't want to put the parts in my car and they making excuse or drama. Whole staff is lying don't trust anyone there. And they are not doing proper service they just telling you we did it but you can't check it what they did.

Unfortunately we have to put 1 star! First things first, the new “manager” DEEPAK HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE really needs to be investigated him and the whole shop Took my car for a 25k service, Thought I’d check over the car in comparison to what they wrote down They said they inflated my tyres to 40. They where still on 35 Coolant was old and emptied Oil was blacker than char Pollen/ac filter not even touched Oil cap not touch nor opened Oil filter housing not touched nor opened Oil contamination everywhere on a brand new car They then sent me to parramatta to rectify the issue, parramatta management said and I QUOTE “the service was barely done, and was really sloppy. They didn’t even top up the radiator with the right coolant” My issue has been escalated to head office, MTA, and fair trading

Worst car service centre in history and bunch of thieves. Got my brand new Haval H6 GT from their dealership. 2 years later the car stopped on me in traffic and couldn’t start. After few minutes it started but had knocking noise in the engine. I toke the car straight in. They advised me to leave the car so they can check it. I chased them up for couple of days to know what’s wrong with my car. After few days of following up, they told me the car news a new engine and asked for service history which I provided. After few days I chased them up again. Only for a guy named Justin to tell me they lodged a warranty claim but was denied. And gave me a quote $15,400 for a replacement engine. I got fair trading involved but nothing was done. My car was with them for over 4 months while they and I kept going back and forth about the warranty issue. and at some point they even started asking me to pay for storage fees. And their service centre manager Jade (very rude lady) even lied about a scratch that was done to my car while it was in their care and wanted to quote me for the repair of the scratch on top of the $15,400 they’d quoted me for the engine replacement. Pathetic experience at GWM Blacktown Service Center. I own a GWM Ute and requested a replacement handle two months ago—no response since. After waiting all that time, I finally went in to get it fixed. I was kept waiting for 2 hours, even though one of their staff told me it would only take 30 minutes. Really disappointing service. Instead of just describing the issue to the customer, the service manager should focus on actually identifying and resolving the problem. Poorly managed service center with no regard for customer time.
