Wow I appreciate this company! I messaged quite a few months ago about some shrimp on Facebook, I got an instant reply and such a helpful response. I finally just did my first order, bought 1x 10 medium grade of blue dream and bloody mary’s. Plus some moss. The shrimp are strong in colour, very happy and all alive! Moss was a great amount and very healthy. I also got a thank you letter. This has been such a pleasure ordering from Blackwateraquariums, affordable healthy shrimp! I cannot recommend this company enough! Keep up the amazing work. I’ve had a few problems with other company’s and purchasing shrimp throughout the years, either dead on arrival or horrible quality for a high price. I’m so glad I found you guys!

I recently purchased the Blue Dream Neocaridina Shrimp (Pack of 10 High Grade) and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shrimp arrived well packaged, healthy, and in excellent condition. Since adding them to my tank, I’ve been thinning out some of my less colourful blue shrimp, and the quality of these new additions is obvious. Their colour is excellent, and they’ve settled in very well. I’m very satisfied with both the shrimp and the service provided. Based on this experience, I will definitely be ordering another 10 in the near future. Highly recommended.

I was really impressed by the team who expertly packed the livestock and were kind enough to supply some botanicals free of charge. The Panduro Apisto arrived looking healthy and spent some time acclimating but was not able to adjust to my community set up and perished. Nothing to do with the team at Blackwater but more a learning that these Apistos have very exacting water parameters that must be met (like all Apistos). The shrimp however are thriving and it won’t be long before we find some berried ones.

Absolutely stoked with my experience with Blackwater Aquariums. I ordered 20 Blue Dream Neocaridina shrimp and some premium food online over a long weekend. To their credit, they held off shipping until they knew there wouldn’t be any foreseeable delivery delays so the shrimp would arrive safely and stress-free. Really appreciated that level of care. Everything arrived in great time, packaged well, and all the shrimp were healthy and active. I only ordered the medium grade shrimp but there’s some fantastic colour in there. They’ve all settled in really well and are still thriving — one of the females is even berried already! Couldn’t be happier with the quality and service. Great work guys.

Bought some blue dreams neocaridina shrimps a while ago. Watching the cute, active and healthy blue shrimps eating their dinner, I really need to leave this long overdue review. I am not good with words, but in short, next time I need some more shrimps, I will gladly buy from Blackwater Aquariums again (and maybe some smaller size chiclids too if by miracle I can find a space at home for one more tank.... ).
