I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Bob Jane T-Marts in Artarmon (Pacific Highway). I went in for a simple tyre replacement, and during the process, a staff member crashed my manual vehicle into a wall while trying to position it. This caused scratches on the front of my car that were not there before. The situation became even more concerning with the involvement of the female manager (blonde), who was in charge at the time. When I saw what happened, I did not feel confident and offered to move the car myself. However, she insisted on doing it. She clearly did not know how to properly operate a manual vehicle. She repeatedly put the car into 6th gear instead of reverse, causing the car to move forward and make unusual noises. I had to explain to her how to engage reverse gear in my vehicle. Despite all of this, there was no proper apology, no accountability, and I was still charged for the service. They attempted to remove some paint marks, but the scratches remain. I have photos of the damage. This level of lack of skill and professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position, is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on my ex

Better diligence required. Went in for a standard tyre replacement and wheel alignment, and I noticed that I had a missing wheel bolt when I was home. Went back the next day and was told that the bolt was missing from the start, but they had one available so they put it on - I could see that the thread in my wheel hub was shiny and clean so I doubt it was missing. I am still missing the VW bolt cap that covers the head of the bolt... it may be a cheap cap, but I shouldn't have to lose these things when getting my tyres replaced. I see there are others commenting about the long wait times. I did wait patiently for 1.5hr before the job was done after coming to my appointment on time.

A massive thanks to James and the team who despite being super busy fitted me in at the last minute for a puncture repair on one of my runflat tyres. I was on a tight schedule and understood if they were too busy but James said they would get it done straight away as it was dangerous to drive around with a tyre like that. He even spent extra time checking all my other tyres to make sure they were fine. Thanks again for the awesome service done with a smile and at a great price. Highly recommend.
