⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Jeremy at Granville! I had a fantastic experience at Bob Jane T-Marts in Granville thanks to the Store Manager, Jeremy Ellard. Not only was the service quick and professional, but Jeremy went above and beyond to look after me and ended up saving me $90! It’s rare to find such honest and helpful customer service these days. This is the second time I’ve used Bob Jane T-Marts Granville since moving to the area, and both experiences have been excellent. The first visit was to replace a couple of tyres. The advice I received was honest and genuine, with absolutely no pressure to spend more on tyres I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find a business that puts the customer’s needs ahead of making a bigger sale. I had to go back yesterday after picking up a bolt in one of my tyres. Once again, the team was upfront and honest. They fixed the problem without trying to sell me a new tyre unnecessarily, and I was back on the road within the hour. Great customer service, honest advice, and a team you can trust. I highly recommend Bob Jane T-Marts Granville and will definitely continue using them in the future

Scored a discount for wheel and tyre package during the 4x4 show. Pierre threw in free wheel alignment as well. Their shop had free coffee, clean toilet and had ample space and was warm on winter morning. TV was on to watch the world cup while waiting for fitment. We are very happy with the purchase and love our new rims and tyres!

I got recommended to come here by a friend. To see Jeremy. I had a damaged rim that was loosing pressure. Jeremy was on it straight away. Same day service to ensure I didn't have to come back.
