The staff at the Bo Concept store at Crows Nest are very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat their customers with respect and don't rush you into making a purchase. I have bought furniture from this store on more than one occasion, and I have been very happy with the products I have bought and the experiences I have had.

I went in to look at a bookcase briefly, and two hours later, left with a vision of what the house I've just purchased could look like. Guadalupe (Lupe) was fantastic. She patiently listened to my predilections and vague wants, factoring a sofa, dining table, chairs, and lamps into the mix to create a cohesive plan. At no point was there a heavy sell:just relaxed, thoughtful recommendations. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
