I was trying to book over IG and because I could not confirm until the day after and they wanted deposit, they told me to book somewhere else. I thought that was rude and uncalled for. Horrible Customer service. They should be a little less harsh. Especially for a single parent that needs to find a baby sitter.

From the initial assessment through to choosing the right package, Priyanka's professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service stood out. Whenever I felt that I could not do it, her positivity and encouragement helped me stay motivated and succeed with the treatment plan. I never felt like I was simply attending appointments or undergoing treatment. The entire team was welcoming, supportive, flexible with appointment times, and always accommodating. Their friendly approach made every visit a positive experience. After starting the treatment, I noticed a significant difference. When Priyanka showed me the before-and-after comparison photos, I was amazed by the results. The progress I achieved in such a short period was beyond what I had been able to accomplish through gym workouts and diet alone. I had a wonderful experience getting my HIFU treatment here. The results have been great so far, and the whole process was very comfortable. Priyanka is absolutely amazing. Very friendly, professional, and really make you feel at ease throughout the treatment. The girls here are truly lovely and take the time to explain everything properly. Highly recommend this place if you’re considering HIFU!
