This nursing home has proven to be a place where our Nan/Mum has been adopted into the family. The staff have so much patience, generosity and understanding for the clients and their families. To be a nurse/care worker is such a difficult, thankless job and Bolton Clarke parramatta staff have been a pleasant surprise. A special shout out to Ashmita who called regularly to provide updates and get feedback on our Nan/mum who broke her hip and was admitted to hospital. You gave us a level of comfort we needed in such an uncertain and sad time.

I have checked out this age care a couple times now as my mother may potentially need to live in a place like this. From what i have seen it is aesthetically pleasing and the staff seem friendly.

Thank you Brentwood for taking care of my mum for over 3 years now. Management & staff have done fantastically well so far in this time of Covid19 including easy access to my mum via Zoom. I am really grateful to them. Thank you.

Brentwood has been looking after my husband for over 12 months. He is now known as the resident Gardner as he really enjoys his gardening. Thankyou to Brentwood for the care they have taken with him especially keeping him safe in this COVID time.

Brentwood aged care at Parramatta is a very special place. My mum has been a resident there for over six years. I find management and all the staff to be the most kind and caring people. Brentwood has a home like atmosphere. I have always been made to feel welcome and when I leave I know mum is well cared for and safe. Throughout the evolving Covid 19 pandemic Brentwood has taken every precaution to keep residents safe. Thank you Mit and your wonderful staff.

The manager was just out right rude. Ran 15 mins late for appointment. Some of the comments he made to me about being in hardship, we're totally in appropriate. It also smelt really bad. The staff didn't look happy being there either. I wouldn't send my sick animals to this place.

I write this on behalf of the late Thomas Mooney who went to his Eternal Rest at Brentwood on 14/07/2017. I as his wife, and his children are so impressed with the level of care Thomas received, at the facility, we were so Blessed to eventually find it, following 16 telephone calls to other facilities that could not accommodate Thomas's needs. Thank you to the staff, both Amy, and the kitchen staff who brought the family beautifully prepared sustenance in our week long vigil. We will be forever grateful to you all, and I hope God will bless your efforts into your own lives.
