Bondi Beach studios... We have stayed here from September 2025 after travelling to Australia from the UK. We originally opted for the hostel route but found this apartment on Air BNB. Eli has helped us from the very first minute of landing in this spot. We have now chose to stay here longer term and enjoy the area. Very very clean studios... we see the cleaners daily & also how the home comforts drop into place with the help from Eli. Definitely recommend a stay at Bondi Beach Studios, whether this be long or short term!!

I stayed here over Xmas and Ny and would not recommend - the studio was dirty and wooden floor had been replaced with black carpet - I made complaint to both host and b.com during and after stay. Was also charged 200 as I apparently paid by CC but I paid by DD several months before my trip - owner takes no responsibly for issues and he needs to remember this is a holiday destination and his prices are excessive and not value for money.and it has no natural light - smells of petrol and bedding stained - Joseph

This was the worst place we have ever stayed at. My friend and I stayed here through Air bnb. There was a gas leak smell, which the owner /host denied, even though it was quite evident. Like others said, the wifi stopped working and the host also denied this for some odd reason, even though we were showing him it clearly wasn't working. He was condescending to us as two female travellers and made us feel unsafe. Please stay away from this place!

100% recommend Eli's place! First of all the communication was perfect. Eli is always there when you need ; it was my first time in Australia & he made it very easy for me. He allowed me to check in earlier as well. The apartment is very spacious & functional. It also has a big balcony with a nice view & it is also super quiet. I really enjoyed staying there for a week! The location is perfect, right next to the grocery shop, many restaurants in that street and easy to get to the beach either by walk or bus. I would definitely come back Thank you for hosting me :)
