From the end of February to the end of March, I rented a standard e-bike with only front suspension. It was very uncomfortable on potholed and uneven roads, causing me back pain from the impacts. This experience prompted me to search for a more suitable e-bike. I test-rode various models featuring dual suspension that suited my height of 165 cm. The Durodi Rover Step-Thru proved to be the most comfortable option, offering adjustable suspension and one of the most comfortable seats I have tested. The sales staff at Bondi Bike Shop were knowledgeable and friendly. However, after one month, the bike developed electronic and motor issues. I took it to the Bondi Bike Workshop, where the technicians demonstrated great expertise. They diagnosed the issue quickly without requiring much explanation and assisted me with the warranty claim through Durodi. Although the process took some time because the spare parts needed to be ordered from overseas, they completely replaced and repaired it free of charge. The staff at Bondi Bike deserve recognition for their excellent after sales customer service. I highly recommend purchasing an e-bike from them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my Fatboy Scrambler V3 from Bondi Bike Shop, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team gave me the opportunity to test ride three different e-bikes, which really helped me compare my options and find the right bike for me. After trying them all, I chose the Fatboy Scrambler V3, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The bike has been fantastic and is an absolute pleasure to ride. The staff were also very helpful in recommending useful accessories, including a hardened steel lock, an electronic bell, and a phone holder, all of which have been great additions. I recently brought the bike back for its complimentary service, and the team did an outstanding job. They thoroughly checked everything, adjusted the brakes, cleaned the bike, and made sure it was in top condition. It came back looking almost brand new and rides just as smoothly as the day I bought it. The customer service, product knowledge, and after-sales support have all been exceptional. I highly recommend Bondi Bike Shop to anyone looking for an e-bike. Thanks to the whole team for making the buying and ownership experience such a positive one!

🥳The Apple of Bike Shops🥳 If you want the best go to Bondi Bike Shop! To be first up I hate using anything Google so the fact I setup one to support two of my favourite places in the jct (see other review for food lol) but these gents are the biggest reason I did so because I have to give them lonnng overdue kudos! They have supported me through my literal years long journey from dreaming of my dream ebike to now loving everyday I commute or just cruise around on a day off! They don’t try to just upsell you and they are always fair and friendly both at their showroom in Bondi jct and their new repair workshop a short ride over in Bondi. It’s the kind of place you want to stop by because it’s always a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable chat and there is yet to be anything they won’t try to support with. Having had very daunting experiences at other bike places especially when wanting an e-bike they are just the most welcoming bunch a folks no matter who you are or what you need. If they don’t have the answer in store they’ll have suggestion elsewhere and or just order it for you. Working in frontline high level customer service myself it’s refreshing to go somewhere that they are
