Meant to open at 8.00am - 15 mins later still waiting to pick up my parcel - tried calling but no answer. Went back at lunchtime and the gentleman was friendly and helpful. What could have been a negative experience, turned into a positive one - thank you.

DO NOT BUY THE SODA STREAM GAS REFILLS!!!!! They do not last for more than 2 weeks, or most recently there was way to much gas in the beginning and only lasted 5 days. They are ripping off customers and are 100% aware of this. They didn’t want to take any responsibility. Classic lazy customer service with just passing on the buck to somebody else.

The man in this shop is disgraceful, shouted at me for asking why he was writing down my drivers licence details when collecting a parcel. He went on an obnoxious shouting rant, in front of my young kids who both began to cry. Absolutely awful, so rude and completely unnecessary. I had collected a parcel just 4 days from here from a lady with no problem. But don't risk it, avoid. Don't give this place your business.

The most unpleasant experience ever. He did not acknowledge me for 10 mins whilst u stood at the desk as he was filling out paperwork instead. He screamed at me in the shop after I advised him I wasn't impressed with his lack of customer service. He then continued counting 10 parcels and filling out paperwork after yelling at me and then proceeded with a blunt 'yes' when he was ready to serve me. Do not give your business to this man. Disgraceful. Extremely rude.
