Cars in Australia need regular servicing, and a reliable mechanic is worth keeping in your contacts. Ask for an itemised quote before work starts, keep old parts if you want to verify what was replaced, and check whether the price includes labour and GST. Genuine parts cost more than aftermarket ones; ask which you are getting. Log-book servicing at an independent workshop does not void a new-car warranty.
Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (02) 9389 3500. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a mobile.
Its Google rating is 3.7 out of 5 from 52 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.
Botany is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Botany follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The great staff at Bondi Collision went above and beyond in their service. The office staff in particular were amazing, waiting long after closing for me to collect my car. My car was repaired quickly and looks brand new. Thank you so much, I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I've used these guys multiple times and you never want to have your car fixed, but these guys are quick, professional and do a great job. Always nice to get a clean car back as well! Parking can be a bit if an issue though, so if you haven't been before be sure to ask them what is best for arrival at what time.

I've had the occasion to use Bondi Collision on a few occasions over the years and every single time it is a smooth, seamless and pleasant experience. They are a family run business that genuinely seems to pride themselves on excellent workmanship and true customer service. My car has even been dropped off to me at my home address while I was away! Twice! Not to mention the fact that it comes back cleaner than when I pay a professional car wash.

I required repairs to the front right hand corner of my 2015 Mazda 3 SP25. The team at Bondi Collision were very pleasant to deal with, and the quality of the repair work is exceptional. My car was washed, sparkling and waiting for me to drive away when I arrived to collect. So thanks very much Bondi Collision, specifically Corrine and Geoff, for the great work and assistance and I'd highly recommend this business to others. Mike D

Wow! I can't believe how this place has so many terrible reviews! I went in this morning to get a quote on my damaged vehicle and it was obvious that they were completely disinterested in getting the job by their completely rude attitude. I have been in before and received a quote that was astronomical so never went with them. I thought I'd give them another go for convenience sake but their bad attitude was impossible to look past. The manager is probably the foulest person I have ever dealt with in a customer facing role and it's beyond me how he retains business... actually that's not true. It's obvious how they get business. They put on a smile when they see a Mercedes or Range Rover roll in and start rubbing their fat greedy hands together at the prospect of ripping off another customer or insurance firm. An absolutely reproachable conduct of business. I would never recommend anyone use this shop as there are enough places nearby for convenience and you're guaranteed to get better service and a better price at any of them. This place should never get another ounce of business again! Would rate 0 stars if possible.
