Bondi Icebergs Pool is worth visiting for the unique experience of swimming in an ocean pool with amazing views of Bondi Beach. Booking online is recommended, especially on weekends and during summer. Bring your own towel and a padlock if you plan to use the lockers. Even if you don’t swim, it’s a great place for photos and to watch the waves crash into the pool.

A big swell saw Bondi Icebergs pool cordon off 10 meters of the larger pool today as waves crashed over the edge. While this one is an ocean pool, the only way to swim at it is through the club, for a flat $10/adult fee. The iconic Bondi Beach backdrop and painted white bottom make it look like an aquamarine gem. The reality in the smaller pool is that it could do with a good clean, and in the larger pool, some maintenance on the ladders. Accessibility is terrible here, lots of stairs whatever way you look at it. However you do get a commanding view of the surfers catching waves. Parking is limited and about $8.50/hour.

It is great to have this beautiful saltwater pool right at Bondi Beach’s side. Very good for a quick or long swim. Sauna included. Really enjoyed swimming here! If you’re in the area and like to swim it is a must go to. The entry fee was ten dollars. Be aware that you can’t go back in once you leave.

Bondi Icebergs is both wonderful and disgusting. The pool itself is amazing and well maintained. The sauna and bathrooms are consistently gross. The management refuses to keep the sauna clean and the bathrooms are in a shocking state of disrepair. The pool is the cash cow of the club but they seem uninterested in putting in the resources into basic maintenance. So while I love to community of the pool and sauna I think the club itself is woefully lacking in their duty of care.
