Incredibly disappointed with the service. I paid $18 upfront to have standard discolouration removed from a linen blazer. It was handed back completely unchanged. When I asked about it, the staff member simply pointed to a sign saying they 'cannot remove all stains' rather than offering any explanation or showing that they actually tried to pre-treat the fabric. A professional cleaner should warn customers upfront or communicate properly instead of hiding behind a sign. Total waste of money

After 1+ year of going to this shop - it is time to give my 5/5! This lovely couple is very caring and thorough. The husband takes perfect care of my business shirts every week and the wife did some great alterations job on my future wedding pants. Thank you both and see you soon

I dropped off all my clothes at this place for a full wash and dry service because my washing machine broke. When I picked everything up and got home, I opened the bag and found all my clothes completely wrinkled, thrown into a bag in one big ball, as if they were taken straight out of the dryer and stuffed without any care. This shows a total lack of respect for other people’s belongings. On top of that, the clothes were not even properly washed. When I called to complain, instead of taking responsibility, I was told that I “didn’t ask for the clothes to be folded.” That response is honestly shocking. Folding is basic, standard practice in laundry services all over the world. And if folding is not included, that should be clearly explained upfront, not used later as an excuse. Now I’m left with a bag full of wrinkled clothes that I need to rewash and iron myself. Extremely disappointing service and zero accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their clothes.

Too expensive & way too slow. $90 for 3 unadorned dresses. Drop off Wednesday at 10. Won’t be dry cleaned and ready until Friday after 3pm ?! You must be joking. 🙃 we live in a fast-paced city. Plus, the owner went over my dresses like a detective. Pointing out any tiny flaws that she didn’t want me to complain about after the service. Too defensive and not customer-centric. Treat customers with respect and don’t tar them all with the ‘fussy’ brush. I will be taking my three dresses elsewhere for value and fast turnaround.

I started taking my items here for alterations and am happy with my choice. The lady (never caught her name) is very precise with her measurements, listens to your requests, provides valuable opinions and has great workmanship. Recommend. Good for dry cleaning too.
