After 3 different mechanics looked at our car, this was the only place that correctly identified the problem just from the explanation we gave, even before properly inspecting the car. The issue ended up being the thermostat. Other places wanted to replace many parts and quoted extremely high prices, but here they were honest, professional and straightforward. They simply recommended replacing the thermostat and properly adjusting the hoses, and with a very reasonable price they got our Honda CR-V running perfectly again. We were honestly very stressed and didn’t know who to trust anymore, so we are incredibly grateful for their help, honesty and knowledge. They also completed our pink slip and fixed everything in less than a day. It’s so rare to find honest mechanics like this nowadays. Highly recommended!

These guys helped me out at no notice on a Saturday morning. They were quick and polite and barely charged me. I had no idea what the problem was and they could have easily charged $$$ or scammed me. Great to see an honest, independent business

If you’re a woman bringing your car here, think twice. I came in for a simple oil change. That’s all. Instead, I was told I needed to replace the air filter and cabin (aircon) filter, which dramatically increased the price to $685. I never asked for all of that. As a woman, I honestly felt taken advantage of, like they assumed I wouldn’t question the cost. When I said it seemed very high for a basic service, I was told to come and pick up my car. I went to another garage and had the same service done for $180, exactly the price I was originally quoted before booking. Very disappointing experience. Transparency matters…

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and Bob and his team are simply outstanding. They always listen to me, take the time to explain everything clearly, and never try to push unnecessary work. Bob is genuine and always makes sure you leave with a safe car. I recently bought a car that turned out to have a leak, and they fixed it in the morning, doing everything possible to get me safely back on the road. Their service is efficient, fair in pricing, and trustworthy. I could never recommend them enough! Thank you !!!
