Travelling from further North to Sydney for the Easter Weekend I felt the call to make an appointment with Gabriela. Such warm communication followed and she was very accomodating with scheduling a time that suited me. I had intended to visit for energy work but we ended up running a Family Constellations together. Gabriela is clearly doing the work she is meant to be doing and being welcomed in to her space like an old friend was the energy that makes you feel safe and at home. Personally I would recommend Family Constellations therapy to be undertaken as a one-on-one session, Gabriela is a stand-out at her work and a complete natural. A beautiful Healer!

Family constellations is beneficial for everyone regardless of their relationship with their parents. I confess, the first time I booked in for a private session with Gabriella, I was coming for a Kundalini awakening session. I’d experienced the power of her kundalini activation classes and I needed some spiritual guidance to help me with my new business. Family constellations was not on my radar. However, Gabriella is highly skilled at extracting a clear intention for the session. If you have trouble setting goals or feel lost and confused for no apparent reason – I highly recommend you see Gabriella for a family constellations session. Gabriella told me that setting a direction, setting, and sticking to goals etc is down to the father (paternal) side. Family constellations may be more useful for this intention. Having struggled with goal setting my entire life, I was very impressed by the way Gabriella was able to articulate a clear intention from what I told her. I was blown away by how deep and powerful that first family constellations session was. I lost my father to a stroke when he was 49 and I was still a teenager (16). I’d never allowed myself to grieve properly for my fa

I’ve been attending Gabriella’s Kundalini classes on a Monday night at the Authentic Living Centre for several months now. What I love most about the Kundalini is that it totally bypasses the conscious mind in a way that few other modalities do. Gabriella often says, “Kundalini is a very playful energy” and its true. Whether you come with a clear intention or not – the Kundalini energy will work its magic. However, sometimes it feels like the energy is playing with you (in a good way). The way I would describe it is – its like getting an energetic massage. You can feel the Kundalini energy moving through your body and its usually in time with the music. Sometimes I feel like I’m being played like a musical instrument with energy jumping from one hand to another. Sometimes it feels like internal fireworks exploding out of my chakras. Sessions like this are very playful. For me its like playing with young children, their doesn’t have to be any rhyme or reason. I can be totally present and simply enjoy the experience. In all honesty, its probably a lesson that I take life too seriously, but it certainly helps me surrender to the Kundalini energy. These gentle sessions can be very po
