Dear Manager, Around 4:00 pm today, an extremely unprofessional staff member was serving customers while talking loudly on their phone in foreign indian language, Instead of focusing on customers, they appeared more interested in their conversation. This is not the level of service BP customers should expect. Please train your staff to remain professional, attentive, and respectful while serving customers. Dont spoil the decorum of this beautiful country please thank you

Very disappointing service during the evening shift for the past three days at BP. There is an Asian staff member with glasses who is always busy on his phone and seems like he does not want to do any work. Every time my friends or I ask for coffee, he refuses and keeps saying he is cleaning. The attitude and customer service have been very poor and unprofessional. Customers should be treated properly, and staff should be more helpful instead of ignoring people. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service.

Very disappointing experience at this BP station. I came in night simply to fill up my car and use the toilet, but this has now happened three times in a row where the staff member claimed the toilet was either “being cleaned” or “broken.” On my last visit, when I questioned it why it's always on cleaning, the staff member took a photo of my car and threatened to call the police, even though I was a paying customer doing nothing wrong. I felt intimidated and unfairly treated. Customers should be treated with basic respect, especially when stopping for fuel and essential facilities during the night. Definitely not the level of service expected from BP.

Great servo with friendly staff but they need a coffee machine. Barista coffee when you're a busy service station with a staff of 1 sometimes, barista coffee doesn't work. It's stressful for the customer and for the staff working there. You expect a servo to be grab and go, quick. Otherwise it's great. A coffee machine as well as the barista would be great and customers can make a choice. They will sell more coffee that way too as people know they can grab one quickly on the way to work etc.

I was here for charging up my vehicle but the customer service from the INDIAN guy was rude just for using toilet, he didn't even allowed to enter in. If any customer had been sitting to charge up thier vehicle for long and they had use toilet for pee it isn't allowed after 10pm and i was told to leave in rude way. If any customer is using public service from any business they are visiting and restrooms are not private should be allowed to use anytime. If its about safety concerns of service provider then there are CCTV Cameras which will record the face and REGO plates for legal actions taken by authorities. It should be fixed up for running business smoothly. I don't know the name of Customer Service guy's name but the time was 10:00pm to 10:30pm on 17th March 2026.
