Cars in Australia need regular servicing, and a reliable mechanic is worth keeping in your contacts. Ask for an itemised quote before work starts, keep old parts if you want to verify what was replaced, and check whether the price includes labour and GST. Genuine parts cost more than aftermarket ones; ask which you are getting. Log-book servicing at an independent workshop does not void a new-car warranty.
Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. The most common schedule is Open 24 hours. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (02) 9387 1448. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a mobile. More information is available on its website, map.bp.com.

Bondi is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Bondi follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Long time customer of this petrol station. But NOT anymore night staff is so useless. They will shut the toilets down with a sticker saying out of order every single night. They rather turn the customers away overnight then let them use the amenities buy cup of coffee have something to eat. For people who work at night petrol stations are the lifeline. But BP seems to have chosen a different route

I’ve stopped by this petrol station multiple times — mainly to refuel or grab a coffee or hot chocolate. But during my visit around 12:54 AM on 4th August, I had a really disappointing experience with one of the staff members at the counter. After filling up my car, I asked to use the washroom. The guy, who eventually told me his name was Anees (though I’m not even sure that’s true), was extremely rude and refused, saying it was broken — something he always says. Other staff members usually allow me to use it without a problem, so it seems like he just doesn’t want people using it during his shift or doesn’t want to clean it. His attitude was very unprofessional, and he was rude for no reason. I wasn’t asking for anything free — I paid for fuel — and basic customer service shouldn’t be too much to expect. On top of that, the guy consistently smells bad and clearly lacks any manners or ethics when dealing with customers. It’s frustrating and unfair to be treated this way. If this is how customers are treated late at night, management really needs to step in and take this seriously.

Absolutely disappointed with the way I was treated at BP Bondi. I asked to use the toilet, and the staff said it’s “only for customers.” That’s understandable — so I agreed to buy something. But even then, they forced me to make a purchase just to access toilet paper, which felt completely unreasonable and humiliating. I was already in discomfort and urgently needed to use the bathroom. Instead of showing basic human empathy, the staff were rude and treated me like a burden. It felt like I was being forced to pay to meet a basic human need, which is not how a service station should operate. This is unacceptable. Toilets at petrol stations should be accessible to customers without extra conditions, especially in emergencies. Recommendation: Avoid this location if you’re expecting any level of decency or service. There are better stations nearby with friendlier staff and basic facilities.
