I’ve been coming to BP Rydalmere regularly and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The station is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you need, whether you’re filling up, grabbing a coffee, or picking up a few essentials. The service is consistently excellent, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping the station running smoothly. Highly recommend BP Rydalmere for both fuel and convenience. Very bad service - toilet is functioning but not being offered to customer - at first staff said it’s out of order but when he realise I am about to give bad review he came and welcome to use it - I questioned why this sudden change. There should be public toilet at BP if staff don’t want those to be use by customers.

Worst BP ever . Staff play on the phone .No greeting and Thanks. When i show my bp rewards , he just throw the machine at me to self scan , very bad attitude . I dont know if he manager or staff . I hope bp headoffice audit this place . It just make bad image of Bp in my oppinion .

Store is pretty filled with lot of drink options store is pretty clean and tidy, visited couple of times CSR’s are very humble , car wash working well.

My experience with the petrol station was good. The car wash was fortunately open and I had opted for the $15 wash. The instructions were easy to understand, the wash was quick (around 6-8 minutes), and the quality of wash although not being as good as a manual wash, was great for the price. Would definitely go again, but I’d suggest calling the station before going as I’ve noticed that the car wash had been broken sometimes.
