I bought a $29 phone cable because I had forgotten my cable and needed one urgently. It was the cheapest one they had, but when I tried it, I realised my car charger wasn’t working. I opened the box in the car park, so I’m wondering if I can still get a refund. The staff member was quite rude and didn’t offer me a refund.

I have been a regular customer at this BP station for the past two years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to wait quite a long time before anyone came to unlock the fuel pump. When he finally arrived, he told me to come over and then insisted that I pay $50 before filling my tank. I explained that I wanted to fill the tank completely and would pay the full amount immediately after refuelling, as I have always done. I politely asked him why I had to prepay, but instead of giving a proper explanation, he simply said, “It’s my own choice.” This was disrespectful and unacceptable. As a result, I left the station without buying any fuel. After being a loyal customer for two years, I did not expect to be treated this way. I hope BP management addresses this issue and provides better customer service in the future.

On 10 July, around 1–2am, my husband stopped by to use the restroom and purchase cigarettes. Unfortunately, he experienced unacceptable treatment from the cashier. From the moment he entered, the cashier appeared irritated and made racist remarks, including saying that “Indians don’t have money to buy things.” As this was happening, other staff members began moving closer to my husband, making him feel surrounded and intimidated, as though they were preparing for a confrontation over absolutely nothing. Is this how customers are treated at your service station? Would advise all Asians to avoid this place as safety is definitely a concern, who knows if my husband said something wrong they would have beat up him or kill him?

Around 9:20 the brown guy at service he was a rude and very disrespectful person. Don’t know minimum code of conduct. Yells at customers and doesn’t seem like his job. Doesn’t belong to a reputable servo like BP. No offence but it’s the truth. Sorry for my individual idications

Just went to BP at warwickfarm and the person working short dark bloke with glasses and curly hair turned me away and didn't let me in told me to come back at 5:30am but than when I walked away he let someone else in not happy at all
