I can't speak any more highly about my experience here. For the first time in a very long time did I feel like a carsales yard actually had my best interest in mind. I visited two weekends and Spoke to Liam twice. Both times Liam offered genuine advice, was invested in what was the best decision for my circumstances and was genuinely a highlight of my visit. If in you’re in the market for a new car, Bravoauto is the place to be. The team are very friendly, transparent and are willing to work with you towards a great outcome, especially Adam who helped my partner and I secure our new car. We were even able to test drive on our own. Whilst we’re very happy with our impeccable Kia Seltos S, we’ll be going back for sure when we’re in the market again.

My Brother and I drove to Bravo Auto at Penrith. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Dan, from the get go, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a car and was super patient while answering all our questions. Dan was very knowledgeable; he walked us through a few different options without any pressure. We both appreciated how genuine he was, he used no hard sales tactics, rather he just listened and after exploring a our options, we found the perfect car that fit our needs and budget. The whole process was smooth, and felt valued as a customer. Dan went above and beyond by delivering the car to my home which was 1 hour away, that alone speaks volumes.
