Got a sausage roll and it was almost fully raw? I’ve thrown it away before I got the idea to write a review but I went a few days ago and the sausage roll was so raw that the dough is still stretchy. Completely stretching like cheese and stuck on to the sausage in the middle. I don’t blame the worker who made it but please check if the food you are selling is properly baked.

Bought a cake last Saturday but the strawberries inside and on top of the cake were definitely gone. We had to throw the whole cake away πŸ™πŸ™

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I found a long strand of hair baked into the bread I boughtβ€”disgusting and completely unhygienic. This is a serious health concern and shows a shocking lack of basic cleanliness. I can’t believe a food business would allow this to happen. Needless to say, I will never return, and I strongly urge others to think twice before buying anything here.

Discovering mold on this original custard puff was disheartening and raised concerns about the overall hygiene and freshness of this well located bakery. As a customer, I value food safety and the quality of the products I purchase, and this experience has left me quite dissatisfied. I believe it's essential for your team to conduct thorough checks on the products to ensure they meet the necessary quality standards before reaching the shelves. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements in maintaining the freshness and safety of your bakery.

The selection of cakes at the display counter caught my eyes on the stall’s opening day. Decided to give the bread a try and I went for the pork floss bread. Sadly to say the bread was a letdown. The bread was stone cold even in the morning. The coldness of the bread made the whole thing tasted weird as the pork floss filling didn’t taste good with the cold dough. It seems like the breads here aren’t freshly made everyday even though they all look nicely wrapped in plastic covers. Wouldn’t come back again for their bread. Disappointing.
