I bought a Puppy Cake - White Peach, for my Granddaughter's birthday on her request at the Blacktown NSW store. The young lady was very friendly and helpful, explaining each puppy cake flavour. The cake was fresh and made with fresh cream, absolutely delicious, not overly sweet which is what we were looking for. Our grandchildren were back for second servings which is very rare. I would definitely recommend breadtop for a fresh small birthday cake.

I visited many time to blacktown outlet . This happened with me second time that they have charged me extra .. yeaterday i visited there & ordered three coconut & one red bean bun . I was in hurry so i ddnt check & paid whatever they’ve asked for. But later i realised they have charged me $19.33 , one extra bun… i must say everyone should check their receipts while paying to them ….. it happened with me twice , so i am assuming they must be doing it with others as well & everyone usually don’t check receipts.

i love this place and their bread is always so delicious! cheap, quick, tasty. nothing particularly fancy, but if you're grabbing lunch or food for tomorrow, it's a nice way of getting something to look forward to! it's a small store so can get cramped easily (i recommend just waiting outside until it clears up; there's not much space for people to pass each other), and there's not much in the way of staff help... but it's a self-serve store anyways and most of their staff is probably busy baking out the back! plus, the puppy-shaped cakes in the window makes me happy every time i see them, it's so cute!

To be honest i’ve been shopping with breadtop for a long time now and i’ve never experienced this before & this is specifically my 2nd time shopping at the blacktown store - been to penrith store often and never had a hair in my food. I know accidents happen but it seems like a hair net wasn't used on this particular day…..

A reliably good bread shop selling sweet and savoury goodies reminiscent of bread shops in China. The Japanese curry beef donut, spring onion bun, pork floss bun and taro buns are delightful.
