Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Getting around Sydney is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy centres, and most suburban shops have their own car park. Public transport and ride-share apps such as Uber and DiDi operate across New South Wales's larger cities.

I loved to go to the pilates classes, I've been going for a few months and tried different classes with different teachers and I was always happy. What upset me was that the only time I was 10 min late they didn't let me and told me they've have counted that lesson as done (so paid for nothing). It took me 45 minutes to go to that lesson, and I was late because I finished my work late and I was 31 weeks pregnant with lots of pain walking during those days, so it took longer than expected to get there and I was really looking forward to do some pilates to feel better. When I've been told to go home, I felt very disappointed and frustrated. I understand being on time and everything, of course, I just think that once in a while people could do some exceptions for good reasons.

Breather Movement Studio is hands down my favourite Pilates studio I’ve ever been to. Every class is so intentional, high-energy, fun, and seriously challenging in the best way. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and make you feel supported and encouraged throughout every session, no matter your experience level. One of the things I love most is the small class sizes; you get so much 1:1 attention and personalised corrections, which means you’re constantly improving and getting stronger. The environment is warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be in. You can tell there’s such a strong sense of community and care behind everything they do. If you’re looking for Pilates classes that push you, support you, and leave you feeling amazing afterwards, Breather Movement Studio is unmatched.

As a woman in midlife, joining a gym is often not a good experience. Signing up with Breathe Movement Studios is a very positive experience. It is a nice space and the instructors are supportive, encouraging and very knowledgeable. There's a variety of classes with different levels and everyone is welcome. It really was the best decision!
