We recently used Brian Brothers Electrical for electrical repairs at our home and had a very good experience. The electricians arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the work safely and professionally. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the team was courteous and knowledgeable. Very happy with the overall service.

I contacted Brian Brothers to assist with an electrical issue at my property, specifically a circuit that was intermittently tripping. The technicians attended and carried out diagnostic work to identify the cause of the problem. They were quickly able to identify the issue with my external motor inside my rainwater tank, and provided clarity on what was causing the fault. I appreciate that the team was able to attend to the issue and provide a diagnosis within a reasonable timeframe. Electrical faults can often be complex, so having a clear understanding of the root cause was helpful in deciding the next steps. I would also like to specifically acknowledge Mr. Jackson, who took the initiative to follow up even after the service to make sure his customer was happy. He was professional, responsive, and demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. That level of follow-up and care makes a meaningful difference.

My power switch board was in a mass I had a terrible experience with some Electrician 8 years ago who disconnected my 3 phase supply and left me with 1 phase without my knowledge. I am now getting a solar battery installed and need my power board fixed. Rang my local area Level 2 electrician Brain Brothers Electrical they promptly sent their level 2 electrician Sam who was very honest and clear with what needed to happen to get it all restored to 3 phase and he gave me very reasonable price which I accepted. Sam started work straight away in the middle of it all a storm decided to drop in which did not deter Sam and his assistant to stop work especially working with electricity. Sam finished the whole switch board late in the evening around 6:30pm and prestin cleaned their work area neat and tidy. Very happy with their work will not hesitate to use or recommend Brain Brothers Electrical again will be asking for Sam again. Great job. Prakash

Sam and Dino did a fantastic job upgrading our switchboard. They arrived right on time, were friendly and professional throughout, and carried out the work to a very high standard. They clearly explained all the processes involved, keeping us informed at every stage and making sure we understood what was being done. Their punctuality, politeness, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Brian Brother Electrical recently completed a switchboard upgrade at our Blacktown property. The workmanship was excellent and everything was explained clearly. Clean, efficient and reliable service.
