Just had the worst experience with a black guy in the workshop who was very agitated and start swearing his head off and going aggro over nothing. He did not know how to start my car as the alarm kept going off and so I went over to help but then he started to blame me for putting it in the first gear. I felt that he was unwell the fact that he took a great offence over his own struggle starting my car up and then taking out on me. I think the management should seriously consider hiring such people to be working in their garage as I felt threatened and if the other worker did not intervene I wonder if he would have actually attacked me. Although I am perfectly capable of handling such situations, I just hope other people don't have to come across such appalling experience themselves.

The customer service is fantastic. You don't believe you are being 'sold' to and they genuinely care and know what they're talking about. Everyone is very friendly and the work is always done quickly and efficiently.
