We had a Sprinter Camper relocation with thl/Britz AU from Cairns to Sydney and the service and vehicle were brilliant. Drop off at Bankstown Aerodrome was smooth, welcoming and seamless. The off grid power in the vehicle was way better than we expected and the vehicle’s fuel economy was excellent. Highly recommend 😊

Incredible experience. Myself, wife and kids 3 & 6 loved this epic journey of 21 days. Rented the camper top, which fit 2 up and 2 inside. The staff was excellent and helpful for pickup and drop off. We decided to not make plans and go where locals recommended along the way. Was perfect except remember to make reservations online 3+ hours before the campground closes (usually 3-5pm) and avoid sleeping in parking lots. Get your kids scooters & helmets at K-mart, pickup supplies at Costco on weekdays to avoid crowds, order Uber Eats grocery delivery to campground to avoid wasting time and dealing with shopping center parking. Sign up in advance for rewards programs to save 10% on campgrounds as it takes a week or more to get into their system.

As a first-time campervan traveller, I was a little nervous before setting off on an outback trip with my dad. Diane made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from the very start. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and her warmth and helpfulness gave me confidence for the journey ahead. Great customer service leaves a lasting impression, and she certainly did. Thank you for helping make a special trip even more memorable - I look forward to my next trip with my husband now.

My virgin campervan trip experience with my family was an overall success, but there are some disappointments relating to the campervan hire: - Multiple minor defects were found during the trip: broken clips meant to secure the dining table and toilet door, missing nuts meant to hold the window position, could not get media player to connect via Bluetooth. While these did not affect the critical functions of the vehicle, combined they detracted from an ideal experience. I was also worried that the company would attribute these defects to my use, but thankfully they didn't. - Both the staff at the hire location and manning the 24hr helpline seemed unfamiliar with the functions of the vehicle and are unable to assist much with troubleshooting. One night, i was unable to turn the key in the ignition: a simple issue related to the steering lock but the person on the line (who could not speak English well) just ran through a laundry list of possible causes without much attention to my description of the issue which would have helped pinpoint the cause. He then gave up and told me that he would get someone to contact me the next morning. Spoiler: they never did. Thankfully, a fellow tr
