I joined a private restorative yin yoga class with Lauren and I left floating on air. Her nurturing and calming energy made me feel comfortable and at peace. Her studio space is warm and inviting. I have deep gratitude for all the knowledge she brings to the practice. I look forward to the next class.

The fusion flow class is the perfect balance focusing on length and strength and this is now my weekly go-to for maintaining a strong foundation, and connecting my inner calm. I love doing classes here. Lauren is incredibly kind and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The routines are well-structured and tailored to different skill levels, which made each session both challenging and enjoyable. I left feeling stronger and more centered every time.
