Me and Father Fung Gray came here today because we were meeting up with Sensei Pope Nafa to rate Kung-Fu movies and lunch. They say the fish n chips here are second to none, and I believe it because the fish and the chips are never 1 millimetre off. Most people laugh when you notice things like that, but that's because they've already been conditioned not to look. Getting here wasn't easy. I wore my Backstreet Boys t-shirt instead of my Britney Spears one because certain colours and logos are easier to track. They catalogue everything. Father Fung Gray understood immediately and swapped his sacred handcrafted glasses for his contact lenses that are not 1 millimetre off. The glasses reveal too much to people who shouldn't be looking. He didn't complain. He knows. I also heard Alister and Padre Cameron were staying at the hotel nearby. Apparently they were just having a peaceful lunch with their church group. That's the official story. Strange how the hotel connects to the shopping mall by that ramp. Hands down the BEST FISH & CHIP SHOP!! if you haven’t tried them out ur missing out fish cocktails so moist and batter is crispy, calamari rings the crumb on it so golden and delicious chips with right amount of seasoning too, New fave spot for some good seafood ☺️

The Brothers Fish Market is an absolute gem! The seafood is always fresh, the quality is outstanding, and there's a great range to choose from. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Great value for money and perfect for families looking for quality seafood without breaking the budget. Highly recommend if you're in the Seven Hills area – we'll definitely be back for that fish burger!

We were regular customers at this shop until we encountered a terrible experience. I ordered 1kg of barramundi fillets from the full fish, 1kg of white fish. We finally got home thinking we are missing a part of the order, we called the shop, the lady told us after the bones and guts are taken out it went down to 700g, I argued that I paid $40 in total for its flesh, the lady condescendingly said, is this the first time you buy fish. We weighed the fish ourselves on our food scale, barramundi weight of two fillets weighed 300g and white fish weight was 640g. Absolute rip off. Lost a loyal family. Terrible customer service, terrible strategies of compensation. Where are your ethics in business? Extremely disappointed, will not return.

I’m a regular customer at this Costi shop and usually very happy with both the food and the service. However, I’ve noticed that the portion sizes can vary a lot depending on who packs the order. Last week, I bought the same 5 fish combos with chips and salad. The servings were generous, the service was great, and everything was consistent. Note: normally, this combo is packaged with papers. Today, I ordered the exact same combo, but the experience was very different. The staff member who served me changed from smiling at the previous customer to giving me an unfriendly, almost annoyed expression, which made me feel uncomfortable. I’ve attached a comparison for reference. I didn’t take photos last week, so I borrowed a reviewer’s image, but it shows a portion similar to what I received. I also included a photo of today’s order. As you can see, the chips today were not even half the size of last week’s. I pointed out to the lady that this wasn’t the normal portion size, but she insisted it was. I hope the shop can improve consistency in portion sizes and maintain the friendly service I’m used to. I really want to keep supporting this place, but consistency matters.
