I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We had possums in our roof and needed the issue dealt with urgently. Tracey, who answered the phone, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring from the very first call. Fred, who attended our property, was exceptional—professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally, and it was wonderful to see such care taken to ensure the trapped possums were treated humanely. We’ll definitely be keeping their number on speed dial and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing wildlife removal services.

We had Sam come over to do a pest control treatment today and we were so happy with his service. Not only was the turn around time under an hour from enquiry but he was also extremely thorough with his work. He took the time to explain the situation and reassured us of the treatment’s effectiveness whilst being friendly the entire time. So thankful that we had Sam come and do the job as we can see it’s already working. Would absolutely call again in the future if we ever need to. Thank you!

Wonderful service provided by Ross. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable and meticulously thorough in carrying out his work. He listened to my concerns and then explained everything he was going to do to tackle the pests! Polite and very respectful of my space also. I spoke with Bel to get a quote this morning and before I had time to ask questions, she had answered them by providing me with everything up front. She quoted me a great price and was able to fit me in within the hour. I then had Sam come to my unit. He was ready to answer any questions I had and told me what he’ll be doing before he started the work. He was very personable and happy to help. All in all the service here was incredible at a great price. There was a slight difference in quoted fee vs fee charged however, was able to sort it out within a single phone call. Goes to show they can sort things out on the spot with ease. Thank you both for the great experience!
