Sometimes I wonder whether the store is good only for tradies or for everyone because it is not easy to select anything by a common person. Too many options and no clear card to explain things for the products. Also most of the times there is no one there to explain or support. Their website is early 2000 type. I went there to buy something but ended up ordering from Amazon from there. But I am sure tradies are happy with the store, hopefully

Seriously? Bunnings asking me for a review of my online shopping experience and I write a honest review and was not allowed to be published by Bunnings? Is it how Bunnings became Australia’s No.1 trusted brand by banning negative customers reviews? Online purchase, Battery pack had been opened before when taken out the battery it had been damaged/replaced! Ask for a refund Bunnings requires me to drive back to get the refund the battery cost $4.9 and the petrol cost along to drive back I’d worth more than $5. The worst online shopping ever, Bunnings really is not for online shopping!

Just wanted to say thanks to the ladies that helped me tonight. The lady with the platted hair was awesome with her help and smile and the lady at the front that I chatted too was super helpful and friendly. I have moved away from this area approx 20mths ago and used this store for nearly 20yrs before I left and will keep useing it when in the area. Over the time I've used this store I've found the staff here to be super helpfull and to go out of their way to help me out. Just wanted to say thanks to the staff here and say that your help and attitude is appreciated by my more people than you think and definetley by me.

I visited Bunnings Northmead and had a great shopping experience. Farrokh was very helpful and patient, taking the time to explain everything I needed to know and offering excellent advice. I’m very happy with the customer service and would definitely recommend this store.

Bunnings Northmead is one of those stores where you go in for one small thing and end up spending an hour exploring. The store is huge and well-organised, with everything from gardening, home improvement, timber, tools, plants, outdoor furniture, and even a little gift section. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, though sometimes it takes a bit of time to find someone in certain sections like plumbing or electrical. The gardening section is my favourite – always well stocked, with fresh plants and good seasonal deals. I once got great advice from a staff member about choosing low-maintenance indoor plants, and it actually worked for me! Parking is usually easy, though weekends can get a bit busy. Their click-and-collect system is quite smooth, and I’ve had no issues with returns or exchanges. The little sausage sizzle on weekends adds a nice touch and gives that classic Bunnings feel. Overall, it’s a reliable place for DIY, home projects, or just browsing for ideas. Not perfect, but definitely one of the better Bunnings stores in Sydney.
