I bought a car washing detergent on the shelve the price was dropped to 28.68$ as the picture below , i bought when i checked it home it was full price 36$ i returned it and told them this is what happened. I got my money back . I went to check again the price was still the wrong price. Please check prices when they are on discount.

I am writing to file a formal and strongly worded complaint regarding the extremely poor product quality and unacceptable after-sales service I have received from your company. I purchased a trimmer less than one year ago. During normal, proper use, a critical component suddenly detached without any impact or misuse. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. The product packaging clearly states a 5-YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. However, when I brought the item to your service center, your staff refused to honor the warranty, denied any replacement or repair, and offered no valid explanation. Worse still, your staff was fully aware that the missing/defective part, without proper protection, creates a direct safety hazard and risk of personal injury during use. Despite this obvious danger, your team still refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue under warranty, I was told I must either: 1. Wait for a special-order part with an unknown quotation, or 2. Purchase an entirely new unit. This is a blatant breach of your advertised 5-year replacement warranty and a complete disregard for consumer rights and product safety. I demand immediate action: 1. Honor the ad

I want to say a big thank you to a lovely lady named Mel today. She was such a great help with a kind heart. She put a roll of turf at the front desk for me and was so kind to my children. I wish other stores were more helpful. I live 30 min away. definitely worth the drive to her such lovely service. Merry Christmas

A well-stocked store with a huge variety of products. I appreciate that they seem to have everything I need for my projects. While the overall shopping experience is good, I have encountered some counter staff who were quite rude and not very helpful, which can be frustrating. Improvement in customer service at the checkout would make this a 5-star experience.
