My Mum and dad lives in Bupa Bankstown from last 3 year unfortunately mum passed away 3 months ago but the care and emotional support given that time will never be forgotten.Lifestyle team is so good and supportive as Dad is still at Bupa Bankstown and I think he is getting the best care ever. My family is so happy and relaxed that we found a home like Bupa Bankstown.All the team is really professional and excellent service.I can definitely say that we will not find better than this home. Thanks to Bupa Bankstown team.Keep it up good work.

My mom is in bupa bankstown. She is well looked after.Care is really great.Home is clean and smells really good.My Aunty lives in the same home and they are in same community they like to spend time together.My family is happy with mom is well looked after at bupa bankstown. I can highly recommend bupa bankstown to other people. Thanks to Bankstown team for doing wonderful job.

My husband stayed at Bupa Bankstown for more than 6 months, and unfortunately he passed away. During such a difficult time, the care and support provided by all the staff was truly amazing. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, generous, and supportive to both my husband and our family. I honestly could not have found a better home for him. Now, after two years, my brother-in-law needed aged care, and our family did not want him to go anywhere other than Bupa Bankstown. He is now living there and is being looked after so well. The home is always very clean, smells fresh, and has a warm and welcoming environment. The lifestyle staff are especially friendly, caring, and kind. My family and I feel very lucky and grateful to have found Bupa Bankstown. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for the excellent care and support you provide every day.

My mum, Valda Ethel Cambell, is new at Bupa Bankstown. Our family was very worried about moving her into aged care, but since moving to Bupa Bankstown, our experience has been wonderful. Everyone is so friendly, caring, and approachable. The lifestyle team does a fantastic job engaging residents in activities and making them feel included and happy. The home is very clean, the food is lovely, and the clinical care has been excellent. We truly feel we could not have found a better place for our mum than Bupa Bankstown. God bless the whole Bupa team, and thank you for the wonderful work you do caring for the elderly .

I cannot speak highly enough of Bupa Aged Care Yagoona, and in particular Veronica and Llona from the Roslyn Hall section. My father was admitted on Monday 15 December, and from the very first moment, these women have been nothing short of God-sent angels. The kindness, patience, and genuine love Veronica shows my father is as though he were her own. It is not care out of obligation — it is care from the heart. What moved me most deeply is the way she lovingly engages with my mother, who is not a resident, but who comes every single day at 9am to spend the day with her husband. My mother lives with cognitive decline, and when confusion sets in and distress overwhelms her, Veronica meets her with calm, tenderness, and dignity — restoring peace where fear once lived. Equally remarkable is how Veronica nurtures both my parents while gently grounding me when emotions run high. When I become anxious about small details, she has an extraordinary way of reminding me — with wisdom and grace — that in the grand scheme of life, those things are not what matter most.
