We had some issue with insurance policy and then went to see in person. Rahul was very helpful and supporting on getting things sorted so quickly. This saved a lot of time then calling on phone and spending hrs to get to sorted. Super quick and prompt service. Highly recommended to visit in person for any insurance issues through bupa.

I want to give it 5 star experience for the consultant who did help me But Zhara just had an unpleasant and a non customer centric attitude. All I wanted was a 30 sec -2 mins for app navigation. She wanted me to use the QR code and make a consultation when I pointed to her that her QR code is booked out, she had no response and my query would not even take more than 2 mins of her time. However there was a set of customers behind me. I noticed Zhara rolling out the red carpet for them them and pulling the chairs for them to sit and assist. I didn't hear her say to them, use to QR code. Reason for app navigation - I'm new to insurance and the jargon may sometimes confuse U. I didn't want to pay for something that would be free due to my extras. I am an existing customer not a "potential customer" who is a time waster. Heck I pay for higher premium coverage for someone my age, and lifestyle (Im quite healthy, non smoker, drinker and can pump alot of push ups ). Only reason i have insurance is for safety net in the life threatening event I can fall back upon. If this is how existing customers are treated, I'd rather pay my high premium coverage for a 95% I won't use to a compet

I had an exceptional experience with Rahul from Bupa. I had been trying since the morning to submit a claim and was feeling extremely stressed and confused, as I had never done it before. After long wait times and not receiving a call back, I was left even more frustrated, especially when another representative gave me incorrect information about not being able to submit my claim through the app. Rahul completely turned my experience around. Despite being pressed for time and running late for his own meeting, he took the time to patiently guide me through the entire process step by step. He was calm, understanding, and genuinely cared about helping me resolve my issue. Thanks to Rahul, I was able to successfully submit my claim, and I left the interaction feeling relieved and supported. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Bupa is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. Many thanks to you Rahul!!

Not professional !! Even though after seeing the customers are sting still not calling them for their appointments! Really disappointed!!
