I attended the clinic yesterday with my wife for her medical examination. was disappointed with my experience at reception. I felt that the receptionist who assisted us was not very welcoming, and the manner of communication came across as somewhat rude. However, I would also like to mention that the lady who assisted us inside the clinic was very kind, professional, and helpful. Her positive attitude made the experience much better, and I appreciate the care and support she provided. I hope this feedback can be used to recognize good service and improve the customer experience at reception.

This is the best visa medical centre I've ever been to. The staff at the reception is very helpful and makes everyone feel welcome. The medical staff is also very professional. Going through involuntary medical assessment for visa purposes, can be quite stressful for some people, and supportive environment like this can really make a big difference. Keep up the good work! 👏

5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from my side because my experience with Bupa Medical Visa Services was smooth, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. The process was well-organized, and the staff were professional, helpful, and clear in their communication. I was there 25th March 2026 12:15 PM. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled by staffs ( Greeter , Receptionist Ayasha ( who took our photo), room attendant, Radiographer ( I forgot her name R103) , Ankita ( Nurse)and Dr. Edward especially during an important time like visa processing. Their service gave me confidence and peace of mind, which is why I would highly recommend Bupa to friends and colleagues.

I recently visited Bupa Visa Medical in Parramatta and had such a lovely experience. There was a kind Nepali Australian lady at the front who was assisting patients and taking photos. I unfortunately I forgot her name, but she truly stood out. I noticed how beautifully she was communicating with everyon so polite, patient, and welcoming. When it was my turn, she made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Her warm attitude really touched my heart. As someone from Nepal, I felt so proud seeing her represent our community with such excellent customer service. She is doing an amazing job and deserves recognition. Thank you for such a positive experience! 😊
