I wish,I can rate below 1 star ⭐️, The staff were extremely rude, particularly the older man and the man wearing glasses. Respect and good communication goes both ways, and I did not feel I was treated with basic courtesy or respect. I felt very uncomfortable being looked at from head to toe in a way that felt judgmental and racially discriminatory and then ask my RSAT certificate while,Driver liences, followed by multiple questions about alcohol-delivery obligations. It felt more like being put through an exam than a professional verification process. Their attitude and behaviour felt provocative, as though they were trying to get a reaction from me rather than dealing with the situation professionally. I also found the environment very male-dominated and unwelcoming. This is my personal experience, and I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve how people are treated in the future. After reading Other reviews describe similar concerns about racist experience.

Staff pitiful. Arrived 2min b4 closing , staff on phone shook his head, continued chatting, ignored , finally hung up, showed him the time on the phone, 1 min left, and was refused sale of alcohol. Obviously wanted to get home early, and very very disappointed and frustrated interstate customer who drove 20 min.

Absolute terrible service always away from the shop and unable to purchase this needs fixing. They expect you to wait over half an hour for them to come back happens every single time I come

Two visits in a row I've bought products on special with "reduced" tags and got to the counter to find out they were still full price. Poorly managed. Won't be going back.

I went in to buy a 2kg bag of ice with my 17-year-old brother. I’m 21, and we weren’t buying any alcohol, just ice. The staff member Chris refused to serve me because my brother was with me, which I felt was unfair and unnecessary. Ice isn’t an alcoholic product, and I felt mistreated. I won’t be coming back to this store.
